Crockpot Chili Mac everyone will love.

A super easy healthy family recipe to add to your family’s dinner routine.

I love using my crockpot especially in the fall and winter months.   This is one of the quickest dinners to throw together.  I food prep all of my meat on Sunday afternoon.  Which made this recipe even easier to put together on a whim.

4 cups water

Crockpot Chili Mac seasonings1 lb. lean ground turkey meat (precooked)

1 (16 ounce ) can Organic Kidney Beans

1 (16 ounce) can Organic Black Beans

1 (16 ounce) can Organic Diced Tomatoes

3 Tbsp chili powder

1 Tbsp ground cumin

1 Tbsp garlic powder

1/4 diced fresh jalapeño

1  package elbow macaroni (I used Organic Elbow Macaroni)

  1. Set crockpot to medium heat
  2. Add water
  3. Add cooked ground turkey
  4. Add onion, kidney and black beans and tomatoes (undrained if organic)Crockpot Chili Mac 1
  5. Add chili powder, ground cumin and garlic powder
  6. Elbow Macaroni (1 lb. box) uncooked
  7. Stir all ingredients together in your preheated crockpot

If you are going to be gone all day set your crockpot warm.   I set mine to medium heat and the macaroni was fully cooked within 1 1/2 hours.

We serve ours in a large bowl and garnish with non-fat plain Greek yogurt, chopped cilantro, chopped tomato and chopped green onion
