Clean Eating | Must Haves For Prepping Your Food For the Week

Some of my Must Haves for my weekly food prep:

Crock Pot (either single or the triple Crock Pot I show in the video)

  • These can be found at Bed Bath & Beyond, Target, Kohl’s

Teflon Skillets

  • We have a small, medium and large skillet. We watch these skillets closely. As they wear we replace them. You can find a good name brand skillet at Ross, TJ Max, Big Lots or Walmart.

Cookie Sheets ~ 2 or 3

Hand Grader for vegetables
Rubbermaid Storage Containers (in varying sizes)
Clean Utensils, measuring cups and spoons

Ziploc baggies

  • snack size
  • freezer quart
  • gallon sizes

Sharpie Pens
Spices

  • Garlic powder
  • Ground Cumin
  • Tumeric
  • Curry
  • Sea Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Bragg’s Amino Acids
  • Cooking Spray (coconut for baking, oil or canola for meats and fish)
  • Coconut Oil
